Curriculum Requirements - Developing A Plan of Study
A plan of study is designed to help you make satisfying career decisions, and to begin preparation for that career. The importance of planning is that it provides a goal and direction in which to aim.
Career planning may require some changes in courses along the way. Adjustments can be made if interests or circumstances change. However, with guidance, you can make decisions and schedule curriculum that will lead you toward your career goals.
For specific information about courses offered at your school, refer to
a school catalog or see a counselor. It is recommended that you contact
the school counselor for graduation requirements by the time you are in
the eighth grade. As you move to high school, you will begin making decisions
related to which college or technology school you will attend in order to
achieve your career goals. Click here for a wide variety of options in funding your education.
